Kindergarten Library Card Celebration

The Friends are proud supporters of the annual Ramsey County Library Kindergarten Library Card Celebration.

Thank you to Signature Sponsor Northeast Bank for helping the Friends provide funding for RCL’s 2023 kindergarten outreach program. The 15^th annual Kindergarten Library Card Event takes place Saturday, January 28. All kindergartners in suburban Ramsey County will receive an invitation to this event through their school, but everyone is welcome to attend.

Schedule of Events:

Author Presentations in the Community Program Room by V.T. Bidania

• 10:30 a.m. Maplewood/N. St. Paul/White Bear Lake Students
• 12:30 p.m. Mounds View/New Brighton/Shoreview Students
• 2:00 p.m. Little Canada/Roseville/Vadnais Heights Students

Families also may attend also any presentation if you cannot make
your scheduled time.

Ongoing in the library :
• Library Scavenger Hunt and Card Presentation for Kindergarten aged attendees
• LeUyen Pham Book Cover Scavenger Hunt for all attendees
• Red Balloon book sale in teen conference room
(Meet LeUyen Pham at 11:00 a.m./1:00 p.m./2:30 p.m.)

Kindergartners also receive their first library cards through the program. Those who are unable to attend will be mailed their cards after the event.
