Our second annual Family Fun Day took place on Saturday, May 20, 2023 and was filled with sunshine and happy families. Presented by Ramsey County Library, the Shoreview Community Center & the Friends, this free event included a scavenger hunt adventure and story journey from the Shoreview library to the Community Center and ending at the new Shoreview Commons Destination Playground.

New Destination Playground in Shoreview Commons
Construction of the huge new destination playground was completed in 2022. The playground was built in the north section of Shoreview Commons, the area shared by the Community Center and the Shoreview library. Family Fun Day highlights all three areas, with the scavenger hunt beginning at the library, continuing through the Community Center and its outdoor pavilion, and ending at the playground. The playground is now open for public use.
